Rückerstattung 9-Euro-Ticket ab sofort möglich! - Refund 9-Euro-Ticket possible now!

Ab sofort könnt ihr über das Tool des Hochschulrechenzentrums eure Kontodaten für die Rückerstattung der Kostendifferenz zwischen dem 9-Euro-Ticket und dem Semesterticket hinterlegen.
Loggt euch einfach mit eurem HRZ-Account in das Tool ein und gebt unter dem Menüpunkt „9€ Ticket Erstattung“ die Daten eines Kontos eurer Wahl ein, auf das die Rückerstattung erfolgen soll.
Bitte beachtet, dass die Beantragung der Rückerstattung nur bis zum 30.09.2022 möglich ist und das Tool danach geschlossen wird! Also am besten gleich einloggen und die Rücküberweisung beantragen.

Update (02.09.22):
Solltet ihr bereits jetzt exmatrikuliert worden sein, aber dennoch für die Rückerstattung berechtigt sein, so bitten wir euch, (1) euren vollen Namen, (2) eure Matrikelnummer und (3) die IBAN, auf die die Rückerstattung gehen soll, (4) das Stammdatenblatt SoSe 22 sowie (5) ein Bild der Goethecard an das Verkehrsreferat (verkehr [at] asta-frankfurt.de (verkehr[at]asta-frankfurt[dot]de)) zu schicken. Eure Daten werden dann wöchentlich zur Prüfung an die Uni weitergeleitet und ihr erhaltet die Rücküberweisung dann durch die Universität. Das gilt nur, wenn ihr bereits vorzeitig exmatrikuliert seid und nicht mehr auf euer HRZ-Login zugreifen könnt. Werdet ihr regulär am 30.9. exmatrikuliert, nutzt bitte einfach das Portal.
Dieses Verfahren hat sich aufgrund von neuen Vorgaben seitens der Universität kompliziert.

From now on you can use the tool of the University Computer Center to get the refund of the cost difference between the 9-Euro-Ticket and the semester ticket by entering your account data.
Simply log in to the tool with your HRZ account and enter the data of an account of your choice under the menu item "9€ Ticket Erstattung" to which the refund should be made.
Please note that the refund request is only possible until 30.09.2022 and the tool will be closed after that! So it's best to log in right away and apply for the refund.

Update (09/02/22):
If you are already exmatriculated but still eligible for the refund, please send (1) your full name, (2) your matriculation number, (3) the IBAN to which the refund should go, (4) the "Stammdatenblatt" from the summersemester 2022 and (5) a photo of your GoetheCard to the Transportation Department (verkehr [at] asta-frankfurt.de (verkehr[at]asta-frankfurt[dot]de)). Your information will then be forwarded to the university for verification on a weekly basis and you will then receive the refund transfer through the university. If you are getting exmatriculated normally on Sep. 30, please use the portal above.
